Apparel for Swim Meets:
Swim Cap: Crawfish Aquatics black swim caps are required swim meet apparel.
Team Suit: See requirements for your specific group (not required at all levels).
CA T-shirt colors at Swim Meets: Friday- White shirt; Saturday- Red shirt; Sunday- Black shirt
Team Suit Guidelines:
-Junior and Senior Division wear the official Arena team suit for swim meets.
-8 & Under, Age Group Development Division are NOT required to have the team suit, however those that will participate in meets are encouraged to wear the team suit.
-Technical suits are to be reserved for coach-designated meets or championship level meets (may not be worn at regular season meets).
-A team suit sizing kit (Arena suit) is available at each location for athletes to try on before placing their online order with Swim Outlet.

Practice Apparel Requirements
- Junior/Senior division athletes must wear a Crawfish Aquatics swim cap at practice (if wearing a cap)
- Senior White/Red athletes should wear a CA shirt or tank to all dryland training sessions.
- Senior Black athletes should wear designated color (determined by group leaders) CA shirt or tank to all dryland training sessions.

Team One Athletes
Team One is our highest level of swimmers from all locations dedicated full time to swimming with select time standards, committing to swim in college, with a full time commitment to the sport and a desire to achieve the maximum level. It is what other teams often refer to as their 'National Team'. The athletes in this group receive special uniform apparel to wear at competitions including a red Arena Spiky Bag, Team One T Shirt and white Arena Ripstop Warm Ups.
Determination in this group is ultimately the decision of Coach Jayme Cramer with consultation from the other coaches.
