-Develop a solid base of technical, practice and competition skills for future success in the Age Group or Junior Division.
-The monthly enrollment flexibility allows young multi-sport athletes to stay in touch with the water throughout the year or seasonally by continuing to develop competitive swimming skills and race in meets throughout the year.

Each swimmer is assigned to a practice group based on their age, ability and skill level, desire to attend practices and participate in meets. This produces a more focused skill development based on the skill set of each practice group.
