2024 High School Meet Schedule at CA Lafayette

Event Guidelines:

• All coaches and timers must receive a wristband upon entry into the facility. These will be a different color from spectators for easy distinction.
• Coaches and spectators are only allowed to use the restrooms located behind our splash pad.
• No parents are allowed in the marked-off areas.
• Any school photographer must check in with Coach Thomas Clavier to obtain proper credentials for photography.

Admission: $10 for pre-purchase, $12 for in-person purchase at the gate. Admission is required for entry into the facility for all non-swimmers. There will be limited space at the shallow end of our pool. All spectators will be provided with a wrist bracelet upon entry.

Heat Sheets: Will be available on the Meet Mobile app the Friday prior to the meet (free of charge). Additionally, heat sheets will be available for purchase at $5.00.

Locker Rooms: Use of audio or visual recording devices, including cell phones, is not permitted in changing areas, restrooms, or locker rooms. Locker rooms located in the pavilion are for swimmers only. Non-swimmers must use the restrooms near the splash pad.

Parking: Parking is not permitted in the Crawfish Aquatics parking lot. Parking will be available in the adjacent lot at Lafayette High School stadium parking lot, or down Susan Street in the other LHS parking lot.

Seating: Seating is limited, so it is advisable to bring folding chairs. Teams and parents are encouraged to bring pop-up tents as there is limited shade on the pool deck.

General Meet Info:

• All Saturday meets are capped at approximately the first 200 swimmers.
• Warm-up: Lafayette teams start at 7:00 am followed by out-of-town teams. Meet start time is at 8:30 am.
• Three 20-minute warm-up sessions with a 5-minute switch between warm-ups.
• Parking is limited, so carpooling or buses are encouraged due to Lafayette High construction.
• Boys and girls meets will be combined.
• There is a $6 surcharge per swimmer for entry (checks payable to Crawfish Aquatics). Please hand in swimmer entry fees for the whole Team to Coach Thomas Clavier upon entry at the meet. 
• Invoice for teams to complete for meet fees
