Session Timelines (these can vary- just use as a reference!)
Heat Sheets are on the Meet Info page on host team website (scroll to bottom- they are posted by day/session/girls or boys pool)
Shirts/Caps: Black CA Swim Caps; Red CA shirts on Saturday, Black CA shirts on Sunday.
MEET SCHEDULE - confirmed
- Notice: Girls & Boys will swim in split pools. On Friday & Sunday, the girls will be in the Main Pool and the boys will be in the Scoreboard Pool. On Saturday, boys will be in the Main pool and girls will be in the Scoreboard pool.
- CONSIDER DROP OFF & PARKING WHEN PLANNING FOR YOUR ARRIVAL!
- Warm up Pools: we will use both the main pool & diving well for warm up (assignments coming Thurs)
- Friday, Session 1. Arrive, 4:15pm. First Warm up, 4:30-4:55pm. Meet Begins, 5:45pm.
- Saturday, 13 & Older, Session 2. Arrive 8:15am. 1st Warm up, 8:30-8:55am. Meet Begins, 9:30am.
- Saturday, 12 & Under, Sesion 3. Arrive (inside by) 1:15pm. 2nd Warm up, 1:25-1:50pm. Meet Begins, 2:15pm.
- Sunday, 13 & Older, Session 4. Arrive, 7:15am. 1st Warm up, 7:30-7:55am. Meet Begins, 8:30am.
- Sunday, 12 & Under, Sesion 5. Arrve (inside by) 12:15pm. 2nd Warm up, 12:25-12:50pm. Meet Begins, 1:00pm.
Parking & The 2023 Louisiana Marathon
- FRIDAY JANUARY 13TH - parking may be limited around the Natatorium due the Track & Field Intrasquad Meet
- SATURDAY JANUARY 14th - Louisiana Marathon check maps - MAP
- SUNDAY JANUARY 15th - Louisiana Marathon check maps - MAP
Sunday's race runs through and around campus PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY
SUNDAY JANUARY 15th - 2:00pm LSU vs Auburn Women's Basketball Game
The parking lots around the Natatorium will be closed at 11:00am. Swim Meet parking will be available in: the gravel lot, West Campus Apartments, and street parking
Additional Information from the Meet Host

Seating will be limited. Please reserve bleacher space for the swimmers.

We encourage spectators to bring their own tents and chairs and camp outside the LSU Natatorium. Tents and chairs must be taken down and removed each day.

Chairs are allowed but in designated areas only. If you bring a chair you MUST remove it at the end of each session. You may not leave your chair overnight. Please be curtesy of the spectators attending the following sessions
- Parade

There will be a parade for the 12&Under session on Saturday only. Swimmers are encouraged to wear mardi gras apparel as they parade around the facility. We are asking that teams NOT bring throws and toss them during the parade.
- Hospitality & Concessions

A full concessions will be available. Hot meals will be available for lunch on both Saturday and Sunday.

Hospitality will be available for coaches and officials. Hospitality will be located in the back office on the tennis court side of the Natatorium. You will exit the pool to access the hospitality room
- Apparel Sales & The Tea Trailer

D&J Sports will be at the meet selling swim apparel - D&J Sports

The Tea Trailer will be available selling teas on Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday - THE TEA

Will be posted online, Thursday evening, for parents to print at home.

Heat sheets will not be available to purchase at the meet.
Swimmer Entries
Events 1-10: Friday
Events 11-32: Saturday AM
Events 33-88: Saturday PM
Events 89-110: Sunday AM
Events 111-174: Sunday PM
Meet Fees:
- $16.50 swimmer surcharge and $4 per event (swimmers can swim up to 3 events per day)
- USA Swimming Membership is required. Age Group division swimmers that do not have this membership will need to purchase USA Swimming athlete membership by the Monday prior to the meet. Swimmers 12 & Under have the option of a Flex Membership ($30) which will allows for 2 USA Swimming sanctioned meets per calendar yeary. After that, upgrade to the full $88 membership is required to participate in more meets during the calendar year. The only membership option for 13 & older swimmers is the full membership ($88) which is valid Sept 2022 through Dec 2023.

Team Suits, Apparel:
-Team Swim Suits are required for Junior / Senior division. Optional for all other groups. Available for order through our online team store at www.swimoutlet.com/crawfish
-Swim Caps must be the black Crawfish Aquatics swim cap. These are available at the Info Booth (there will be designated purchase days announced ahead of the meet).
