Team Seating: Crawfish is assigned to the bleachers on the pool deck, along the warm up pool. Spillover is available in the gym but we want athletes to use these bleachers for our team area (we will split these bleachers with the host team).
CONCESSIONS: There are no concessions at the meet.
WEATHER:
We understand there are concerns about potential weather Sunday evening. Both the Meet Host and Crawfish Aquatics will be monitoring the weather throughout the weekend. We will provide recommendations on Saturday for Sunday and the return trip. We do encourage you to please wait until we as a staff meet on Saturday to make any decisions about Sunday.
Meet Schedule
- Friday: timed finals (200/400 IM & 500 Free). 4:00pm warm up, 5:00pm start.
**Friday events are all "provide own timer". - Saturday/Sunday:
Prelims, 7:00am warm up / 8:30am start (all ages. 10 & U are timed finals, only swimming in the morning).
Finals, 4:00pm warm up/ 5:00pm start. (Top 8 from 11-12 and Top 16 for 13-14 and Top 24 for Open/15 & Over) - TIMELINES: 2 hours Friday. Sat & Sun prelims will run about 8:30am-12pm with the relays and then the distance events to follow. Plan for 2.5 hours Finals.
Team Attire:
Shirt Colors: Carry The Torch, Friday; Red, Saturday; Black, Sunday.
Swim Caps: Black with Crawfish logo
Tech Suits: 11 & O swimmers can wear for Friday & any Finals sessions. 10 & U swimmers can wear during their timed finals sessions Fri-Sun (10 & u do not swim Finals). Coaches will speak directly with individual swimmers for any revisions to this plan.

PARKING:
If you have been to University of Memphis pool in the past, the
building the pool is in is the same as before; however, the parking has been
updated with the street (Echles) in front of the pool now closed. You can
park in the lots across from the pool and behind the pool. The gates should
be UP for parking, if not tell your parents to push the button and let
security know they are there for the swim meet and they will open the
parking gate.
SWIM AND TRI: Meet vendor will be setup somewhere yet to be determined, but
they will be at the meet.
