Bleacher Assignments for Athletes
*spectator seating is the outdoor bleachers / along the glass doors side.

-Bleacher 3: 9&O Novice (Novice swimmers in Warm up #1)
-Bleachers 4 & 5: Younger Novice & 9&U swimmers- Girls
-Bleachers 6 & 7: Younger Novice & 9&U swimmers- Boys
Meet Schedule- confirmed
- Warm up Session 1- 8:30-8:50am
- swimmers in the 9-10yr & 10-14yr Novice groups (the 9:15am, 10:00am, 5:15pm and 6:00pm Novice groups)
- swimmers in Age Group, HS Group, Senior Red, Junior Red/White
- Warm up Session 2- 8:55-9:10am
- swimmers in 5-9yr Novice (8:30am, 9:20am, 3:40pm, 4:30pm Novice groups)
- swimmers in 9 & Under division
- coaches will come pick up swimmers in this warm up from the Spectator area or swimmers can report to their assigned bleachers during Session 1 warm up.
- Meet Begins at 9:20am.
Warm up Pool Assignments
- First Warm up- 8:30-8:50am
-Record Board Pool- Junior R/W, AG2B (Natalie), HS / AG3 (Austin)
-Scoreboard Pool- Novice 9 & O (from 9:15am, 10am, 5:15pm, 6pm groups) and rest of Age Group swimmers - Second Warm up- 8:55-9:10am
-Record Board Pool- 9 &U
-Scoreboard Pool- Novice (8:30am, 9:20am, 3:40pm, 4:30pm groups)
Meet Flow & Procedures
Facility Guidelines / Meet Procedures
- All races will take place in the Scoreboard end pool, however both pools will be used for warm up.
-25 yard events start from the bulkhead (divider between the pools) and 50/100 yard events start from the blocks. - All spectator seating is in the outdoor bleachers. Athletes will flow from warm up to the queing areas at the record board end of the facility to line up for races. The first 2 garage doors at the diving block end is intended to be a "Walk Up/Walk Away" viewing area to allow parents to flow in and out to watch their athletes race. Please assist in this by not standing here for the duration of the meet but allow for a rotation of viewers.
Athlete Line Up for Races
- Swimmers will go straight from warm up to lining up for races. Coaches will line up swimmers for all races from the record board end of facility.
- Swimmers will sit in the indoor bleachers along the locker room side of the pool and be sent to the blocks (Scoreboard pool) for 50 / 100 yard events or lined up to go on the bulkhead for 25yd events by the coaches as their events come up.
- After they finish their first race, swimmers will report back to the coaches at the queing areas to get organized for their next race. After their final race, they are finished and free to return to you at the Spectator area!
Meet Fees: $15 per swimmer will be invoiced to your Team Unify account and post following the meet. USA Swimming membership is not required.

Eligible Swimmers:
This meet is for Crawfish Aquatics swimmers only.
Baton Rouge- Novice, 8 & U, Age Group, HS Group, Junior Red, non-state qualifiers (or those with no more than 2 cuts) from Junior White
Lafayette- Age Group, non-state qualifiers from Junior division
