Crawfish Lane Timer Assignments
Meet Flow notes:
- Swimmers are encouraged to arrive in their suits and leave in their suits- the locker rooms are limited to restroom/quick change use with limited capacity.
- Only athletes are permitted in the lockerrooms in accordance with USA Swimming policies. Spectators
- All Athletes, Spectators, Officials, Volunteers and Coaches will enter and exit through the FRONT doors (doors that face Nicholson Drive) only. Upon entry, you will turn right to get to the pool deck area.
- Teams will be assigned a bleacher area for swimmers & spectators. Spectators will need to remain in those designated areas. If we receive these assignments prior to the start of the meet, we will post here and email you.
- 1 spectator per swimmer can enter during the check in period during warm up.
- Spectators are not required to remain in the facility for the entire event and can flow in and out when the meet is going on (there is no check in / check out once the meet starts), but when you are in the facility you must be in the designated team/spectator area.
During the Meet/Spectators:
- Two heats at a time will be behind the blocks prior to being called up for their race. (one heat behind the block, one heat behind timers).
- Spectators are not permitted behind the blocks / either starting end.
- Outside Chairs are not permitted.
- Spectators will use the restrooms located at the front of the facility (locker rooms are for athletes only)
Schedule / Crawfish assigned warm up times:
- Thursday: 5:15pm warm up/ Meet, 6:00pm
- We are the 2nd warm up session each day on Friday-Sunday. There are 2 x 25 min warm up sessions for 10 & U, 11-12 and 3 x 25 min warm up sessions for the 13-14 sessions.
- Friday & Saturday
-10 & U: Arrive by 8:10am / Warm up, 8:25am / Meet, 9:00am
-11-12: Arrive by 10:45am / Warm up, 11:05am / Meet, 11:40am
-13-14: Arrive by 1:40pm / Warm up, 1:55pm / Meet, 2:55pm - Sunday:
-800 Free Warm up, 7:30am / Meet, 8:15am
-10 & U: Arrive by 9:10am / Warm up, 9:25am/ Meet, 10:00am
-11-12: Arrive by 11:40am / Warm up, 11:55am / Meet, 12:30pm
-13-14: Arrive by 2:10pm / Warm up, 2:25pm / Meet, 3:25pm
Team Dress:
Swim Caps: White with red & blue logo
Suit: Team or tech suit of choice
Shirts:
Thursday- stars and strokes
Friday- white
Saturday- red
Sunday- black go for gold

*Covid Guidelines / Spectator & Facility Guidelines will be published at a later date (once announced by LA Swimming / host)
State Qualifying Times- a short course qualifying time can be used to qualify for LC State in that same event (as long as it is in the same age group they willl be in for state meet. Age on the first day of the meet determines age group for the meet.)
